dirt bikes for 13 year old?
hi im 13 years old and i have an interest in motersports. i wanted to do something like go karts but they were just to hard to pick one that was for me so i turned to dirt bikes. im looking for something under $800 used mostlikely. i weight 83 lbs and am about 4 "8. what is the perfect bike for me no experionce either it doest mater if its over 800 bucks just the cheapest bike you can think of thanks.

Does anyone make manual clutches for Briggs and Stratton engines?
What I am planning on doing is building a board track racer replica using a Briggs and Stratton engine. Now the one that I am replicating did not have a clutch, but I want to add one for safety and convenience. However, all I’m finding are centrifugal clutches. While that type of clutch is simple and cheap, it does not allow an engine to be pedal/hill started (which would be more appropriate for a BTR replica.) I can resort to using a pull start engine if necessary, but I would prefer a cable or rod operated clutch. By the way, this would have to fit a 5hp Briggs. I thought about using an 8hp, but parts are more common for the 5hp since a lot of people use them on go karts. And because of that I can also add more hp later if I decide that 5 won’t cut it. Anyways, thanks in advance 
manual clutch assemblies exist- my Cub Cadet has one on flywheel side, Simplicity and Bolens also had them- I put a 12hp Tecumseh from a Bolens into a Simplicity 700 frame and transferred clutch pieces mix and match. Cheapest route is check lawn and garden shops and see what they have on salvage shelf. 5hp Briggs may be the problem- most don’t have the flywheel with clutch plate mounting bolt pattern. Simplicity used Briggs old 7hp as smallest- the flywheel interchanges possible vary by block size. Might consider centrifugal clutch and belt tensioner or a snowmobile variable sheave transmission with a neutral block lever- but 5 hp is again rather small as CVT takes a couple hp just to get itself engaged. Have fun, check out small engine repair shops.
