Wanna make your self a go kart using some junk in the garage? Well first find your self a go kart frame,(we used a little kids’ pedal kart). Then take the axle/ gearbox and engine off of a front wheel drive push lawn mower and bolt them on your frame. If you have any questions about this, i’d be happy to answer them.

This is my go kart/racing build from a riding mower. I will be changing the pulleys to a 1: to 1.6 ratio and will be adding an 18hp motor after I rebuild it. The 12.5 are ready to go and I will use it to work out all the kinks. The seat looks crazy now but give it time.
