how to make a go kart frame ?

well, you need metalworking and welding skills first. Usually when i want to build something, i look at all kinds of the product from different companies and find out why they were made in the way they were. Some type of frames might be stronger, some more stable and so on. Do that, and after a while an idea will just kinda pop into your head about how to do it.

When I did my stint as a woodworking teacher a student made a very cool gokart frame from layer upon layer of maple veneer. He made a mold to shape it, then went ahead and laid it up, then shaped it.
It was quite a bit heavier than steel tube but it looked very cool and worked great. This way was way more labor intensive than welding and took a lot more skill, but it was a work of art when complete.
