i never really did …
i never really did anything to the engine to allow to run in warm weather, just made sure it was running a little on the rich side, and i use high quality amsoil 2 stroke oil, ive driven the outta the engine on days over 30 degrees celcius and it never has failed me yet

i have a serious question what did you do to the engine to allow it to run in the warm weather did you jet it differently or put #9 plugs on it if not dose it get hot sputter lag or anything else like that have you pulled the head after a season of driving was it scuffed bad or was it fine thanks for your help im looking to use a sled engine on a kart just something a little bigger

do u have any problems with it running hot. ive heard that snowmobile engines run alittle hot in warm weather. Im bout to be putting a 440 polaris in my go kart.
